Trinity at Hare & Hounds Invitational - LOCAL RESULTS
There were not enough runners for Trinity to score as a team but the individual leaders for the Bulldogs were Madison Hill who placed 57th in the Womens Open event. She was followed closely by Kayla Franklin who placed 63rd in the field of 433 runners.
In the Mens Open race, Tommy Smithers was the first Bulldog across the line placing 191st of 618 runners.

Randleman's four touchdowns in regulation were John Kirkpatrick passes to Chase Farlow and Tate Andrews in the first half and two scored by Tyshaun Goldston in the second half. Goldston also ran in the 2-point conversion in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 27-27 and force overtime.
The Tigers got the ball first in the extra session and Brayden Gladden rushed for the go-ahead score and Christian McLeod made his second pat kick for the 34-27 lead.
Asheboro was stopped by the Randleman defense on all four plays from the 10-yard-line and suffered the loss.
Quincey Lee rushed for two Asheboro touchdowns and caught a pass from Logan Laughlin for a third. Elijah Woodle scored on an 87-yard kick-off return.
The Tigers had three touchdowns nullified because of penalties and the Blue Comets missed out on a pick-6 due to a penalty.
Randleman rushed for 133 yards (TD, 3 FUM) and totaled 215 passing yards (4 TD, INT). Asheboro had 99 yards passing (TD, 2 INT) and 167 rushing yards (2 TD, FUM).
Eastern Randolph 27, Central Davidson 21
In a 21-21 tie, the winning score came as the horn sounded and Rayden West scrambled into the end zone for his second touchdown reception of the game. Kobe Walker and Lucas Smith rushed for scores and Joel Salinas hit 3-of-3 pat kicks.
On a damp night and slick field, McCallum only completed 3 passes for 79 yards but two were for touchdowns with one interception.
The two teams totaled seven turnovers with Central Davidson recording both a pick-6 on a 25 yard interception return by Aiden Carter and a 'scoop-n-score' by Cohen Steed who returned a Wildcat fumble 64 yards for a touchdown.
West had in interception for the Wildcats and Octavius Maynard recovered a Spartan fumble with 43 seconds remaining which set up the 53-yard pass from McCallum to West for the game-winner. With :13.9 left on the clock, McCallum connected with West at the Spartan 40 yard line and the speedy receiver navigated a tough defensive backfield into the end zone.
